MX-Contact : Outlook CRM, Contact Management and Sales Automation

MX-Contact is a CRM, Contact Management and Sales Force Automation package that runs inside Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002/XP, 2003 and 2007. The system utilises all the standard functionality of Outlook but provides many additional features that transform Outlook into a powerful CRM system.

Accounting System Integration: For MYOB Users, MX-Contact has an MYOB Add-In that provides integration to MYOB Accounting for MX-Contact users and full CRM functionality for MYOB Accounting users. Further integrations will be available shortly for TAS Accounting and QuickBooks.

MX-Contact.NET : Web-Based CRM, Contact Management and Sales Automation

MX-Contact.NET is a web-based CRM system with a user interface that matches that of Microsoft Outlook Web Access, so that it is easy to learn for someone who is familiar with Outlook or OWA. MX-Contact.NET is essentially 2 products in one, namely i) a web-based CRM product utilising a Microsoft SQL Server database which can be used in a hosted ASP-type environment or installed by the client themselves using their own SQL Server(s), ii) a web client for the SQL Server-based Editions of MX-Contact.

MX-Folders: a Public Folders Application Builder

MX-Folders is an Outlook Add-In product that allows you to utilize existing Exchange Server Public Folders, along with their custom Outlook forms, but store the data directly in SQL Server, rather than in the Public Folders. This enables one to maximize the investment already made in customizing these forms but at the same time have the data stored in a true relational, scalable database, namely SQL Server, with its corresponding advantages, namely easier reporting, data integration and backup.

MX-Sync is an Outlook synchronization utility which synchronizes data bi-directionally (i.e. two-ways) between standard Microsoft Exchange Server folders (both Private Mailboxes and Public Folders) and a Microsoft SQL Server database. So you can sync Outlook data to SQL or SQL Server data to Outlook/Exchange Server folders.

MX-Inform Crystal Reports Scheduler

MX-Inform is a Crystal Reports report viewer, designer and distribution tool. It makes it possible to automatically run multiple reports on a regularly scheduled basis, all without user interaction. MX-Inform works with all versions of Crystal Reports, namely 9, 10, 11 and 11 Release 2.
